Nestled in a verdant setting, the Residence is perfectly located just 10 minutes from Socoa Beach. With its 14 luxurious villas, the estate blends traditional Basque architecture with interiors furnished in a modern, designer style. The villas feature 5 rooms, providing accommodation for up to 8 guests.
The properties are designed for ultimate comfort and include a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), bedrooms with various sleeping arrangements, bathrooms or showers, and separate toilets. Each villa also offers a terrace or balcony with outdoor furniture.

The deposit and tourist tax are to be paid on-site. The deposit will be refunded after the inventory is checked on the day of departure or sent by mail within 24 hours following your departure.
