Undoubtedly one of the most attractive features of Vilanova I la Geltrú is the beach, which is 3.5 km long! Every 30 minutes a bus leaves Vilanova Park to the beach, which is just 3 km from the campsite.
Vilanova Park (1st class) is one of the most beautiful and impressive campsites in Spain. Located on the Costa Dorada, it is blessed with an excellent microclimate throughout the year. Vilanova Park is situated in a natural environment and features a typical Catalan farmhouse (from 1908) with terrace, surrounded by trees and with spectacular views of the pool and the sea. The restaurant "Mas Roque" of the park offers both Catalan and European dishes, as well as frequent music shows and many other entertainment programs that are presented daily.
The service, quality and a wide range of dishes, from which you can choose, form the basis for the restaurant's great success. There is a supermarket in the middle of the campsite. Here you will find a wide range of fresh and semi-preserved products at very reasonable prices.
Children have a number of facilities to keep themselves entertained: playgrounds, a sports field and a children's pool, as well as activities organized by the staff, such as: a mini club for children aged 4 to 10 (open from mid-June to September, from 10 am to 1 pm) and from 5 pm to 8 pm); activities and entertainment for teenagers / adults (various competitions and evening shows); etc.
In Vilanova Park you can also enjoy football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, swimming, aqua gym, aerobics and hiking. Close to Vilanova Park (1 km) there is a golf course (pitch and putt, 18 holes) and a riding school. The beach club Vilanova is 3 km away and offers you the opportunity to enjoy windsurfing, sailing, diving, kayaking, jet skiing, etc.
Among the sports facilities of Vilanova Park you will find two tennis courts. Do not forget that you can also use the football field and the basketball and volleyball fields of the campsite.
Vilanova Park has a very wide range of flora and fauna.
Numerous plant species have been planted on the 40 ha. from Vilanova Park. Most of them are indigenous, but there are also examples that are exotic in this region.
In the heated sanitary blocks, you have a private room to change the baby diapers plus amenities for washing dishes and clothes. Access to the toilets has been adapted for people with disabilities.
