During holiday periods, only weekly rentals are available.</li><li>Payment must be made in advance.</li><li>Check-in is available from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., after which the key must be returned to the location where it was originally collected.</li><li>Baby cots, if available, do not include bed linen. Please bring your own.</li><li>In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. Your booking confirmation will indicate whether they are included.</li><li>Overnight guests must be registered and approved in advance. There will be a charge for bed linen and tourist tax for these guests.</li><li>Only one dog is allowed at this accommodation, with no exceptions. Please inquire about this option.
