And, at the front of the house, there is a lawn area that surrounds an amazing terrace where to relax.

Inside the house, there is a large living-dining room, with TV-SAT, air conditioning, and a chimney. Immediately after, you gain access to the kitchen, with an induction hob and a dining table with chairs and benches. The laundry is provided with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are 4 dormitories with A/C, of which two feature two single beds and a wardrobe, while another one has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and cot/high chair, and, finally, the fourth one has a bunk bed. - Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- The air conditioning of the living room runs from 2 pm to 7 pm and the ones that are in the bedrooms run from 10 pm to 7 am.
